I would have to reply with a resounding, “Yes!” You are submitting to your higher self, that infinite within that knows only peace. As long as we live in the ego, in which there is a right and wrong, there will be no peace. When we transcend the ego we are able to experience true peace; a peace within which will manifest in the relative world as peace with what is.
This type of submission, to the higher self or God, however it is we understand God, is not the negative experience we have when forced to submit to another person. Rather, it is an awareness that allows us to transcend the physical. In this awareness, we experience life at a higher level of consciousness. We come to understand that peace is a personal experience which can be transmuted into everyday living.
