Next week Spokane’s Jewish community will observe Passover, an eight-day commemoration honoring the liberation of the Israelites from slavery in ancient Egypt.

Below are local Passover, or Pesach, listings.

Chabad of Spokane County: 7 p.m., March 25, First Seder Night or 7:30 p.m., March 26, Second Seder Night, 4116 E. 37th Ave. Tickets $36 adults, $18 children under 12. Call 443-0770 for reservations

Congregation Emanu-El: 4 p.m., March 30, Community Passover Seder, Unitarian Universalist Church of Spokane, 4340 W. Ft George Wright Dr.  This event is sold out.

Spokane Area Jewish Family Services: 2 p.m., March 24, Passover Story Time at Auntie’s Bookstore, 402 W. Main Ave.
