The Foley Institute for Public Policy and Public Service gave Washington State University students an opportunity Thursday (Feb. 1) to learn from two scholars on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict in an open dialogue rather than a debate.

This letter comes almost three months into Israel’s war on Gaza. Many credible voices (Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, the United Nations — to name a few) claim this war to be a war of ethnic cleansing.

Amid all this chaos, misery and death in the current war in the Middle East, we forget that we are all believers and followers of the Abrahamic faith, worshipping the same one God.
