St. Joseph Family Center will be offering meditation classes later this month.
According to an announcement, attendees can learn the art of meditation and how to integrate the benefits of mindfulness into every day life.
Classes will be Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. beginning Feb. 24 and continuing through March 31. Each class will include a meditation on compassion, a short reading or quote, dialogue around the reflection and how to implement the lessons of the evening in one’s personal life. Class will end with a silent or guided meditation, according to the announcement.
Participants are invited for all any, or all evenings and all levels of meditation experience are welcome.
Cost is $10 per class or six classes for $50. Registration can be done online.
