Coffee and Contemplation, a monthly spiritual discussion and reflection time for people of all faiths began this week at Immaculate Heart Retreat Center and will continue through May.
The next discussion will be Oct. 17 with “Seeing the Holy in the Ordinary: Taking the Incarnation Seriously” presented by Kathy Finley.
Then, on Nov. 21 IHRC director Deacon John Ruscheinsky discusses covenant relationships and on Dec. 19 Sheryll Shepard from Hospice of Spokane will talk about “Seasons of Remembrance: Grieving the Holidays.”
The series continues on Jan. 16 when Dr. Jim Shaw reflects on prayer and healing.
