My our lives be a resounding YES to you Oh God.
Just as Mary’s fiat enabled
the Word of God to become Incarnate
we too are called to this heartfelt surrender.
We are called to an active acquiescence
to the Will of God
to engender the Divine in our lives,
in our thoughts, our words, and our actions.
So that day by day our lives reflect the Sacred,
so that, as God called out in the garden,
when He calls us, He will recognize us
because He will see Himself within us.
