The Whitworth University Music Department will present the 2022 Christmas Festival Concert “Nowell Sing We,” this weekend. The concert features Christmas music from the Whitworth Choir and the Forest Treble Choir under the direction of Xiaosha Lin, DMA, director of choral activities.
Katelyn Beaty, award-winning journalist and author of the newly released "Celebrities for Jesus: How Personas, Platforms, and Profits are Hurting the Church," will be coming to Whitworth University on Thursday, Nov. 10, at 7 p.m., in Weyerhaeuser Hall’s Robinson Teaching Theatre.
Austin Channing Brown, a prominent new voice on racial justice and author of "I’m Still Here: Black Dignity in a World Made for Whiteness," will be the featured speaker at Whitworth University for African American Heritage Month on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Weyerhaeuser Hall’s Robinson Teaching Theatre.
