“I think, particularly, that we can invest millions and billions of dollars into education,” Riccelli said. “But we know that kids won’t be successful if they’re trying to do their homework by the dome light of a car.”
This week the City of Spokane announced that the number persons and families experiencing homelessness shows a slight decrease in from the last year, for the second consecutive year.
The City of Spokane Human Rights Commission will be hosting the first of many Courageous Community Conversations on Jan. 14 from 5:30 p.m to 7 p.m in Council Chambers at Spokane City Hall.
