For many in our region this eating season - between Halloween and the Super Bowl - is exceptionally difficult because they have little to no food in the house.

To meet the increasing demand for food, local leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints helped coordinate the delivery of 40,000 pounds of shelf-stable food. This food will arrive on August 8 at The Salvation Army on 204 E. Indiana Ave.
