Spokane Faith & Values, an online news publication that covers religion news in the Spokane area, is seeking a journalism intern.
The student would be responsible for writing two to four articles per month, taking photos to accompany their assignment (and producing multimedia if possible), and assisting with our numerous social media sites. This an opportunity to get reporting, editing and social media experience. Because Spokane Faith & Values is an affiliate of the Religion News Service, a wire service out of Washington, D.C., it is also an opportunity to get national clips and exposure.
This internship is unpaid and is for credit only.
Requirements: Basic journalism/reporting courses completed, knowledge of AP Style, ability to travel to in-town assignments.
