There will be a refugee forum Saturday, May 20 from 1-3 p.m at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 5720 S. Perry St.
Organized by St. Stephen’s and World Relief Spokane, the community is invited to come and learn about the refugees living in Spokane.
According to a press release, at the forum guests can:
- Hear refugees recently arrived in the US tell their stories
- Enjoy the singing of Neema, Spokane’s African Refugee Choir
- Learn about current issues facing refugees in Spokane
There is no cost to attend.
