- Jan. 14, 6 to 8 p.m.—Hear the Dream, Feel the Hope: A Musical Celebration, Calvary Baptist Church, 203 E. Third Ave.
- Jan. 15, 4 to 6 p.m.—Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Celebrationwith guest speaker Rev. Dr. Stephen J. Thurston, pastor, New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church of Chicago, president, National Baptist Convention of America, Inc. International. Holy Temple Church, 806 W. Indiana Ave.
- Jan. 16, 10 a.m.–Annual Unity Marchat INB Performing Arts Center, 334 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.
- Jan. 16, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.—Community Resource Fair, River Park Square, first and second floors, andChildren's Learning Resource Fairat the STA Bus Plaza, second floor.
- Jan. 16, noon to 1 p.m.—I Have a Dream, Holy Family Hospital, 5633 N. Lidgerwood St., Health Education Center in the lower level. Rev. Percy Happy Watkins' delivery of Dr. King's famous speech.
- Jan. 16, 3 to 4 p.m. —I Have a Dream, Providence Sacred Heart Hospital, 101 W. Eighth Ave., Mother Joseph Room. Rev. Percy Happy Watkins' delivery of Dr. King's famous speech.
