Sound Theology 2026 Conference (Sept. 21-22 | Federal Way, Washington | Christian)
Christ’s Church Federal Way, 941 S. Dash Point Road, hosts the Sound Theology Conference Monday, Sept. 21, through Tuesday, Sept. 22, focused on returning to what organizers call the “ordinary means of grace” — Scripture, prayer, corporate worship, fellowship and the ordinances. Sessions cover topics including preaching, baptism, communion and prayer, with speakers Michael Lawrence, Todd Miles, Jeff Moorhead, Nick Jackson and Adam Sinnett. OneAmerica’s Immigration Justice Team hosts an hour-long virtual presentation Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 5 p.m. on immigrant rights, covering federal and state actions affecting immigrant communities and steps people can take to protect themselves and their neighbors. Author and Bible teacher Mary Shannon, comedian Tammy Whitehurst, and worship leader Jaime Jamgochian headline Aspire, a one-night women’s event featuring stories, laughter and music, Friday, Sept. 25, at Father’s House Church, 1228 Washington Way. Doors open at 6 p.m., with a pre-event panel on Hebrews 12:1-2, followed by the main program at 7 p.m. General admission tickets start at $30, with VIP reserved seating starting at $40; prices increase at the door. The session covers listening skills, finding common ground and sharing perspectives across political differences, with the goal of helping participants better understand people who hold different political views.
