Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church will hold its 79th annual Greek Dinner Festival this week.
The event will be Thursday-Saturday and will include greek pastries, a deli and dancing.
Pastries will be available daily from at 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church, 1703 N. Washington. Dinner will be served from 4:30-8 p.m (dine in or carry out). Tickets at the door are $15.
Souvlaki (a popular Greek fast food consisting of small pieces of meat and sometimes vegetables grilled on a skewer) will be served from the grill from 4:30 p.m. on. The dinner menu also includes beef kapama, Greek orzo pasta, Greek salads and Greek pastries. For lunch the church will be serving gyro sandwiches, soups and salads.
