Immaculate Heart Retreat Center’s monthly Coffee and Contemplation event will continue this month with “Cross the Threshold with SoulCollage®.”

Open to people of all denominations, the discussion will be led by Spokane-based graphic designer Heather Berndt. She is a certified SoulCollage® facilitator who offers workshops throughout the Inland Northwest on creativity, spirituality, wholeness, humor, shadow, and 12-step recovery.

At Coffee and Contemplation she will focus on the questions: Where is God inviting you to grow? Then guests will explore the response in a 90-minute SoulCollage® practice, according to a press release. This will include the creation of a 5×8 collage to discover how listening to the symbols of one’s soul can guide one towards a deeper connection with the creator.

The program runs from 9 – 11 a.m and includes warm beverages and rolls.  Cost is $10 per person.  Advance reservations are requested.  For more information or to register call 509-448-1224 or visit the retreat center’s website.
