On Sunday (July 22) the Rev. Kevin Codd, author of “Beyond Even the Stars” will be speaking at the Camino Mass and Dinner, held at Sacred Heart Parish, 219 E. Rockwood Blvd.
In the book Codd, pastor of Sacred Heart, chronicles his Compostela pilgrimage from Leuven, Belgium, south through much of France.
The dinner is free, though donations are accepted. Those who plan to walk the Camino — a network of pilgrims’ ways serving pilgrimage to the shrine of the apostle Saint James the Great – will receive a pilgrim shell and blessing, and all those interested in this tradition are invited to attend.
