On Sunday SpokaneFāVS celebrated its fourth annual Faith Feast: An Interfaith Progressive Dinner, raising just under $1,000 to keep FāVS running.

Faith Feast is a fundraiser for FāVS where guests together dine at three different Spokane area houses of worship for appetizers, an entree and dessert.

This year about 30 people participated in the ticketed event, raising $980 for the SpokaneFāVS publication. That can pay for about 10 journalism stories, or go toward a portion of the sites marketing and operational costs.

This year’s stops included The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, Immaculate Heart Retreat Center and Unity Spiritual Center Spokane South. The Faith Feast “party bus” was donated by Bethany Presbyterian Church.

Check back on SpokaneFāVS.com for information on Faith Feast 2017.
