I find peace in the celebration of the Eucharist during Mass — visualizing the life of Christ, the Sacred Heart and my own very human, physical, tangible heart beating.

I pray the Anima Christi prayer and it calms my breathing and helps me focus.

Colleen, thanks for mentioning the Anima Christi. I have been looking for morning prayers, and through looking at that one found a few more.
