Join SpokaneFāVS panelists today for a Coffee Talk on “Religious Misconceptions.” The conversation will be at Revel 77, 3223 E 57th, at 10 a.m.
Panelists are:
- Neal Schindler who wrote, “Matzoh isn’t Jesus: 10 misconceptions about Jews and Judaism”
- Admir Rasic who wrote, ““Misconceptions about Islam and Muslims”
- Matthew Sewell who wrote, “Religious Misconceptions about the Catholic Church”
- Emily Geddes who wrote, ““Stereotypes block understanding about Mormonism.”
All are invited to attend these Coffee Talk discussions!
The conversation will continue this month at Pub Talk, which is informal discussion group led by FāVS writer, Pastor Jan Shannon. Pub Talk will be at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Veraci Pizza.
The March Coffee Talk will be at 9:30 a.m. at Stella’s Cafe. The topic will be “Faith and the Democratic Process.”
