Poem by Christi Ortiz | FāVS News
I weary of words
as much as I am wary of them
If the Sacred doesn’t hush the soul
to silence
perhaps it hasn’t been given enough stillness to steep deep enough
to leave the mind speechless
and the body fully alive with divine presence, the Essence too palpable to speak.
Let the concepts of the mind
part like veils to reveal true Sight.
Too bright and wide and slight
to be spoken of.
Remove the glove
of knowledge
And let your bare hands
touch Truth
in her raw essence
