Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. saw victory in federal court today when it was granted temporary exemption from the 2010 healthcare law that requires it offer workers insurance coverage for birth control.

While researchers don’t know exactly how common it is, the nation’s leading group of obstetricians and gynecologists says women should be screened for ‘reproductive coercion.’

In a press release sent out today Americans United for Separation of Church and State announced it has asked a federal appeals court to find that pharmacies do not have the right to opt out of filling certain prescriptions on religious or moral grounds.

The argument goes like this: religion is dangerous to the poor because it works against population control. It is a prime reason for the population explosion.
