On May 21 the Greater Spokane Association of Evangelicals invites the Christian community to join them in its next “One Cry” prayer walk to pray for Spokane Valley Public Schools.

According to an announcement, the effort seeks to, “Bring together Spokane-area believers to form prayer teams to pray strategically over every public school in Spokane Valley. The focus of this gathering is healing and restoration from the issues of fatherlessness in our community.”

The gathering will be 9 a.m., May 2 at Valley Christian School, 10212 E 9th Ave.

According to GSAE, each prayer team will be given a packet with instructions and a map. After an hour of prayer and worship, each prayer team will depart to pray for an elementary school within Spokane Valley, Millwood, and Liberty Lake.
